2004-07-232024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681832摘要：近年來台灣社會因東南亞外籍配偶的人數越來越多，使得這些家庭未成年子女的一些問題在相關報導中被突顯出來，而設籍於台北市的外籍配偶與家庭也在關注的聲浪中。由於目前這些報導多以少數臨床案例為主，容易因資料引用不當、過度推論或太集中少數問題，而使得這群「新台灣之子」確實的生活狀況與需求在無形中被忽略了，為求以更客觀並具代表性的資料來呈現這些孩子的生活樣貌，本研究遂將根據委託單位所提供之名冊，針對台北市所有東南亞外籍配偶的未成年子女(0-18歲未滿)之生活狀況、親子適應與福利需求進行了解，以建立可提供相關部會重要政策參考之外籍配偶家庭資料庫，然後規劃並建議能符合這些家庭未成年子女之福利政策與配套措施。本研究對象為台北市內外籍配偶的未成年子女，主要是以該兒童少年之父母或照顧者為訪問對象。此部份主要調查內容有：受訪者與兒少基本資料、家庭狀況、兒少健康狀況、照顧與教養子女情況、福利需求與使用狀況等。此外，亦將選取300名國小三年級（含三年級）以上的兒童少年，針對其本身之文化認同、生活壓力與福利需求狀況進行調查。調查方式將採結構式問卷，聘請訪員與所有符合研究條件者一一進行面訪，最後則以SPSS 視窗版1<br> Abstract: The major purpose of this research is to investigate the life and welfare needs of children born of parents from south-eastern countries. In recent years, the public has paid more attention to this population. Most focused on their problems and special needs. Some media reports have implied that these children were more likely to suffer from various problems, such as low birth weight and language difficulties. As they start formal education, their academic performance was not very satisfactory. All these reports were based on few and non-representative clinical data. On the one hand, it brought up people’s attention to this population; on the other, it reinforced a certain degree of discrimination toward them. In order to better understand the life and needs of these children, it is very important to conduct a general survey. This study population is children (under age 18) whose parent is from the south-eastern countries. We will conduct face-to-face interviews with the major caretakers of these children. Questions include the general information of the children and the household, children’s health condition, care and educational problems, needs of services, and service utilization. In addition, this study will also interview three hundred children aged 10 to 18, to understand their racial identity, life stress, and welfare needs. All data will be first analyzed by SPSS for windows, and then transformed to a data bank for future use.
