2016-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/698907摘要:石墨烯為目前為全世界非常重要之二維材料。 本計劃主要研究方向為以石墨烯原子層材料做為一可調控之平台,探討其特殊之物理性質。主要研究方向有。 (一)是利用石墨烯材料可調變之電子結構,探討其特殊之電子,光學及光電特性。並利用先進之分析方法,研究其新穎之物理特性。(二) 石墨烯在光電及能源上之應用。透過此研究方向,探討石墨烯領域目前最重要之問題,並期待能將此研究成果,提升石墨烯領域之研究能量,增進研究水準。<br> Abstract: In this project we would like to propose some of the most important research topics in graphene research. The goal of this project will aim on three main tasks: (i) development of tunable graphene based platform for optics, electronics and photonics (iii) Application of graphene-based materials in optoelectronic and energy applications. In this project, we would like to be dedicated to the growth of advanced graphene and new 2D materials using different physical and chemical approaches. The fundamental growth mechanism for achieving high-quality of graphene will be also important in this project, in particular for CVD graphene. In addition, due to it tunable electronic structure of graphene, novel physical properties in electronics, optics, and optoelectronic aspects will be also investigated.
