2013-08-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660636摘要:紅外線加熱是以石英燈管內之鎢電熱絲所產生的紅外線為熱源,用來快速加熱工件的一種方式。因為紅外線可以穿透爐體中的石英保護管,並被聚焦於所欲加熱之試片上,因此接合過程中僅有試片區生熱,爐體其他部位受熱較少,使得紅外線硬銲製程具有快速昇溫(能源效率高)、快速冷卻(散熱快)之特性。其最高升溫速率高達50C/s,故紅外線硬銲是一種極具發展潛力的製程。TiNi形狀記憶合金(SMA)為所有SMAs中性能及生物相容性最佳的,在工程應用上有與其他材料接合之需求。本研究以三年為期,發展以紅外線真空硬銲製程進行TiNi SMA與三種異質材料間之接合技術。計畫中第一年度,主要以研究紅外線真空硬銲接合TiNi SMA與CP-Ti金屬為主,實驗中將使用三種銀基硬銲填料進行試驗。第二年度是以紅外線真空硬銲接合TiNi SMA與Ti-15-3 β-Ti合金為主,實驗中將使用兩種鈦基硬銲填料進行試驗。而第三年度則是以紅外線真空硬銲接合TiNi SMA與Invar合金為主,硬銲填料則選用三種銀基硬銲填料。希望藉由本計畫之進行,能夠建立TiNi SMA之紅外線異質真空硬銲技術。<br> Abstract: Infrared heating is a way of fast heating the sample by infrared rays generated from the heated tungsten filament in the quartz lamp. The infrared rays can easily transmit the transparent quartz tube and be focused on the surface of the specimen. The specimen is locally heated by infrared rays, and the infrared rays much less heat the rest part of the furnace. Consequently, infrared brazing is a highly potential process with the characteristics of both rapid heating (high-energy efficiency) and rapid cooling (quick heat dissipation). The heating rate of infrared brazing can be as high as 50oC/s, so it is a highly potential process. TiNi shape memory alloy (SMA) has the best shape memory properties and biocompatability among all SMAs. The industrial application needs the joining of TiNi SMA to other materials. The purpose of this investigation is concentrated on infrared vacuum brazing TiNi SMA and three dissimilar materials. A project of 3-years term is proposed. In the first year, the project is primarily focused on infrared vacuum brazing TiNi SMA and CP-Ti using three Ag-based filler metals. In the second year, the project is mainly concentrated on infrared vacuum brazing TiNi SMA and Ti-15-3 β-Ti using two Ti-based filler metals. In the third year, the project is mainly focused on infrared vacuum brazing TiNi SMA and Invar alloy and three silver-based braze alloys are chosen as the filler metals.
