Although some characteristics have been identified, the etiology seem to be unresolved and the treatment still a challenge. This tumor is rare here, the same as series in other area. Most desmoid tumors occur in the abdominal wall or extremity, and are rare in intraabdominal or retroperitoneal area. Here 53 years-old female patient with retroperitoneal desmoid tumor is reported.
