The government is proposing adaption measures and exploring governance practices in order to respond to the climate change crisis. Resilience environmental governance strategy plays a key role particularly facing challenges on resource scarcity. This study attempts to integrate relevant literature and practice facilities with the framework of resilience governance to effectively strengthen the international collaborations and integrate relevant resources.
