2009-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/654701摘要:山羊是台灣重要的酪農產業之一,然而生殖效率之高低是影響羊場經營成敗之重要指標。應用生殖技術,除了可有效改善生殖管理與生殖效率之外,更能加速山羊群的遺傳育種改良,基於國內山羊產業需降低生產成本藉以提升競爭力,必需採行更科學化之技術應用改進非繁殖季節以人工技術調節提升山羊之繁殖效率。 本計畫之主要目的擬應用kiss1基因選殖之大腸桿菌產製人工合成Kisspeptin-10之胜&#32957;,以注射或皮下埋植方式,刺激H-P-G軸上游下視丘激性腺素釋放激素(GnRH)的分泌,藉以調控恢復乏情期間正常動情周期之復始。<br> Abstract: The goat is one of the important agricultural industries of Taiwan. However, the level of reproduction efficiency is to influence buffalo`s important index of managing success or failure of the playground. Use reproduction technology, besides can improve reproduction management and reproduction efficiency and can accelerate the hereditary breeding improvement. It needs to reduce the production cost and to raise the competitiveness in the goat`s industry. It must walk more scientific technical application and improve non-breeding season to regulate the reproduction efficiency. Because the goat is the short light breeding domestic animal. The main purpose of this research is to use the kiss1 gene to synthesis Kisspeptin peptide.
