2017-09-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/685165摘要:本計畫聚焦於微孔金屬有機配位聚合物於生醫材料上的新穎性應用方式。使用的技術包含自組裝技術、電化學分析、觸媒反應、酵素催化等等。大方向而言,我們將致力於合成不同種類的金屬有機配位聚合物 (MOFs) 奈米粒子,並與不同功能性材料混合,應用於生物分子的感測以及酵素保護層等等。由於感測器的專一性與敏感度以及酵素保存一直是民生產業的一大問題,我們希望藉由將材料應用於此兩大領域以解決這兩個長久以來存在的問題。我們也期望藉由此研究計畫,可以增加台灣和澳洲之間的研究交流以及培養博士後與博士學生做為下一世代傑出的材料科學家。<br> Abstract: This project is focused on the innovation of functional metal-organic frameworks applied in bio-catalysis and bio-sensing applications. The technologies used to synthesis and applications of functional nanoporous materials include self-assembly, electrochemical analysis, catalysis and enzyme. Generally, we aim to synthesize various kinds of functional metal-organic-frameworks (MOFs) “nanoparticles” and mixed with functional components for biosensor and support. The selectivity and sensitivity of sensor and the storage of enzyme are two important issues in human health care and industry.
