But in all earlier researches, the boundary condition applied on surfaces of porous structures is the strict slipping condition, inducing the paradoxical inference that the wave always permeates through the porous wall in normal direction. By this inference, when the incoming wave is parallel to the porous wall, the unreasonable phenomenon that the wave permeates through the wall completely is inevitable. To remedy the above paradoxical phenomenon, a new partial-slipping boundary condition on surfaces of the thin porous wall is proposed in the principal investigator’s earlier researches. Moreover, in order to apply this boundary condition in analysis of wave field in the harbor, an analytical solution of oblique impact waves upon a thin porous wall with a vertical bank behind is obtained in the present study. A simplified reflection coefficient and the boundary condition usable for porous breakwaters surrounding inside the harbor are obtained. And the boundary element method (BEM) is adopted to simulate the wave field along with initial development and test. The following step of this study is to continuously develop the BEM model for investigating more reasonable physical mechanism of harbor wave fields.application/pdf111979 bytesapplication/pdfzh-TW國立臺灣大學土木工程學系暨研究所harbor wave fieldsthin porous wallpartial-slipping boundary condition斜向波對多孔式港池消波牆影響之研究 (1/2)reporthttp://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/2914/1/932611E002014.pdf
