2004-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683103摘要:清國統治時期, 台灣的土地普遍有 「一田二主」 之現象, 亦即一塊土地可能有所謂的大租戶與小租戶兩位地主。 以往之文獻多認為這是一個沒有效率的制度。 1904年台灣總督府在土地調查之後, 廢止大租權。 大租權是長期發展出來的制度, 若它真的是無效率, 我們希望了解為何市場制度會創造出一個沒有效率的制度。 反之, 若它事實上是一個有效率的制度, 我們更希望了解其功能。 臨時臺灣土地調查局在1898--1903年間曾對全台的土地作過調查, 本研究擬以這些調查資料為基礎, 探討大租權的經濟功能。 <br> Abstract: During the Ching dynasty, most of the Taiwanese lands had two owners, ta tsu (large rent right) and hsiao tsu (small rent right). This system is often regarded as backward and inefficient, and it was abolished by the Taiwan Government General in 1904. The ta tsu right was slowly developed under the market, if it is indeed inefficient, it would be interesting to know why. If it turns out to be efficient, it would be interesting to know its function. Taiwan Land Survey Bureau had published a lot of data and documents about the land survey conducted in 1898--1903.
