2009-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/713894摘要:目前微機電系統(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems,MEMS)加速度感應器已經發展成熟,本計畫擬用三年時間首先由MEMS 感應器設計成具有控制功能之價格低且數位化地震計,數位化訊號可傳送至個人電腦形成地震震度警報器,於第二及第三年並將地震訊號利用網路聯網,以發展地震速報及預警功能,於台北地區測試。 此計畫若發展成功可以推廣至全國,甚至全世界。<br> Abstract: Currently the MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) acceleration sensor is well developed. In this project, we try to use the MEMS sensor to develop a cheap and digital seismometer with automatic control function. Digital seismometer with real time signals output. Signals will be processed by personal computer and coule be developed to intensity meter with alarm function. In this project we will product thirty units and will be installed to Taipei region. Those real time signals also will be sent to a center station via internet to develop for the functions of earthquake rapid reporting and early warning.
