2018-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684583摘要:傳統飼養家禽方式是以粗放方式進行,追溯其來源不易。然而近年種禽管理面臨人力不足及生產後數據的收集困難,使得生長管理溯源系統建立效益事倍功半,家禽生產管理自動化之目的是要利用穿戴式耗材數位化的溯源控制系統,將種禽來源之互動與變化差異使其轉化為數據統合整理,再利用智能化的溯源系統將數據的變化做及時的修正與調整,以達到種禽管理的效益最大化及準確性。本計畫依據土雞與水禽產業鏈中,根據其生產管理、育種、孵化以及雛禽行銷生產等需求,規劃智能化土雞與水禽生產過程之產銷履歷追溯系統,以提升智能化控管機制及產業升級,並整合資訊化數位服務及物聯網,並進行巨量數據收集及分析之目的,達到加強產品服務層面的價值。<br> Abstract: The traditional way to raise native poultry and waterfowls in Taiwan is based on human experiences. Moreover, there has been a shortage of human resources to manage farms and collect production data in recent years. The traceability from farm to table is relatively challenging. Hence, automatic traceability system is in great demand for the livestock industry. The goal of automation of poultry production management is to utilize a digitalized traceability system. A wearable device is developed to fit with individual animal and collect parameters which related to growth performance. Consequently, the data would provide valuable information for decision making and to maximize the production. The aim of this project is to develop a traceability system according to various requirements in each stage of the naïve poultry and waterfowls production, including breeding, hatching, and broilers.
