2017-12-282024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664344摘要：本計畫針對『綠色化學與循環經濟之政策研析』進行研究，主要工作內容包含：(1) 蒐研國外綠色化學與循環經濟政策與管理制度；(2) 盤點國內相關部會綠色化學與循環經濟現況評析；(3) 整合國外資料與國內現況，研提可行政策建議；(4) 辦理專家諮詢會議與講習課程。透過蒐集瞭解國外對於綠色化學及循環經濟之相關研究及說明，產出適用本國且易於瞭解之定義及說法。其中蒐集彙整分析綠色化學及循環經濟相關之國外政策與管理制度資料，至少包含歐、美、日三國，分析現況、特色及內涵，並研析各國間對綠色化學與循環經濟政策與管理制度之關聯重點；此外，以設計問券調查方式，盤點國內各部會之綠色化學與循環經濟現況。收集彙整國內各部會針對綠色化學及循環經濟策略之相關作法，產出現況及關聯報告表。最後，統整國外資料及國內現況，提出可行政策建議由國內外相關綠色化學及循環經濟策略管理作法統整分析後，產出適合本國之政策制度建議及作法。<br> Abstract: This project aims to conduct a research on "Policy Analysis on Green Chemistry and Circular Economy". The main taskforces include: (1) to investigate the green chemistry and circular economy policies and management systems around the world; (2) to realize the status quo of green chemical and circular economy in Taiwan; (3) to conduct the foreign information and domestic situation on feasible advice; (4) to hold Ad Hoc committees and seminars. Through the collection of relevant research and explanations on green chemistry and circular economy in foreign countries, the output is applicable to our country and is easy to understand. Collect and analyze the data of foreign policies and management systems related to green chemistry and recycling economy, including at least the three countries in Europe, the United States and Japan, and analyze the status quo, characteristics and connotations, and analyze the policies and management systems of green chemistry and recycling economy in all countries In addition, the design of coupons survey method, inventory of domestic ministries of green chemistry and circular economy status quo. Collect and collect the relevant practices, output status and related report forms of domestic ministries for green chemistry and circular economy strategy.
