2013-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/703688摘要:眾多近日研究顯示,微量元素,特別是一些重金屬元素是海洋生物不可或缺的營養元素。過去研究學者皆著重於微量元素無機種類之研究,但是近來眾多證據顯示,溶解性有機物對微量元素在海洋中的行為有主要的影響,其中又以氨基酸有機硫化物與多糖纇等最為重要。微量元素在海洋中的行為,除了與其濃度與水體本身的物理化學性質有關外,更與其在於水體環境中的媒介、載體、種類密不可分。本研究計劃的主要目的在於運用不同的分離技術與分析方法,並配合實驗設計進行整合研究,期望探討海洋有光層中微量元素對不同類型溶解有機物的基本反應,及其在不同海域的分佈與種類,並了解以便能夠對微量元素主要組成結構和海洋微量元素的傳輸過程進行瞭解,及其作用如何影響海洋環境。<br> Abstract: There are increasing evidences for the importance of organic matter complexation of trace elements in natural waters. One of the most important questions in marine chemistry is the identification of specific functional groups which are responsible for changing its reactivity and bioavailability of a particular trace metal. Central to understanding the roles of these processes in oceanic euphotic zone are the needs to (1) quantify these fractions accurately (2) characterize the components, and (3) relate well-defined major components to relevant activity. The most important questions are the identification of specific functional groups which are responsible for complex and remobilization of trace metal. The objectives include the determination of; (1) the concentrations and physicochemical speciation of selected bioessential trace metals in different marine waters; (2) the productions, concentrations and distributions of metal complexe responsible biogenic ligands; (3) complexation of metal ions to specific ligands in natural organic matter; (4) determination of the structure and stability of these metal complexes towards biological, chemical and photochemical degradation.微量元素分佈與種類有光層Trace elementsSpeciationEuphotic Zone太平洋邊緣海水中營養鹽型微量金屬元素研究 (I):有光層中之化學反應性與生物利用性
