Functional food is popular in Japan. It benefit GABA soybeans and its technology. The image of soybeans is confused. GABA is strange to the market. GABA is not qualified to be USP to promote soybeans. Fresh soybeans is 8(NT$/100g) and frozen soybeans is 34(NT$/100g) now. We make reference to GABA soy, GABA black beans and GABA sesame. We estimate that fresh GABA soybeans is 9~37(NT$/100g) and frozen GABA soybeans is 38~158(NT$/100g).
