2020-04-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658056摘要:在現今探索氣候變遷與全球暖化議題之下,回溯機械類比到電子數位感測的長期資料品質和誤差修訂,更顯得重要。WMO 以及JMA均曾在北非阿爾及利亞和日本筑波試驗場,各以1年期間進行11~18種輻射遮罩和有無強迫通風的對比實驗。中央氣象局已將過去用在台灣各地氣象站的5種溫度感測器、自然通風和強迫通風的8種輻射遮罩(含木製百葉箱)構成19種組合,於臺灣大學大氣科學系觀測坪進行兩年(2019/09~20201/08)觀測比對場域。本計畫蒐集以上設施的資料來源,同時評估國際間氣溫觀測比較實驗技術,來調整本計畫資料分析方法,以提供氣象局臺灣地區長期氣溫的氣候資料修正之處理依據,也做為氣象局在儀器設備選用標準程序的參考。最後協助氣象局將上述設施於2021年轉移到新屋氣象站,做為日後其他因子的戶外比較觀測實驗之基地。<br> Abstract: Under the climate change and global warming issues, the correction of historica air temperature from the measuremens of mechanical analog and electoric digial sensors becomes more important for data accessment. WMO and JMA did the one-year field intercomparion on 11~18 types of air temperature/radiation shelter in Algeria Africa and Tsukuba Japan individually. Central Weather Bureau (CWB) has setup 5 typs of thermos-sensors, 8 types of radiation shelters (including big wooden screen) to form 19 combinations in NTU-AS meteorological fence and will collect 2-year (Sept.,2019~Aug. 2021) inter-comparison data. This proposal focus on the data analysis from NTU-AS site and survey the docuements and skill from international literature. The goal is to provide the reference for the correction on long-term air temperature data archive, and the decision support for new system instrumentation.
