尤春風臺灣大學：機械工程學研究所詹東樺Chan, Tung-HuaTung-HuaChan2007-11-282018-06-282007-11-282018-06-282006http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/61210隨著市場競爭的劇烈，各企業無不冀望能夠縮短產品開發時間並且有效率地管理產品資料。透過產品資料品質的輔助，企業不僅能夠提升自我競爭力，更能降低產品開發的成本及工時。 產品開發中，資料的傳遞與處理容易造成錯誤，本研究之目的即為針對產品資料的數據模型進行品質的要求。建構一個電腦輔助品質處理系統，使用人員可以針對CAD模型進行檢查與修補，透過修補的程序讓資料符合實體模型的架構。搭配網路化平台的環境，在產品開發過程中，所有參與者可以透過協同進行討論與研究。產品開發過程中，產品資料管理系統是控管資料的中心，在產品資料管理系統內加入資料品質的要求與概念，而加以實作，可以確保產品資料的正確性與一致性，降低使用者針對同一檔案因為討論或修改所造成往復傳遞的損耗，降低不必要的時間浪費。As the severe competition on market, every enterprise expected that the product development could be shortened and product data management could be more efficient. By the assistance of "product data quality", enterprises can improve their competitiveness, make cost down, and reduce man-hours in the product developing cycle. In product development, the transmission and usage of product data is apt to make the error. This research focuses on the demand for product data quality. Computer-aided product data quality system is established for checking and dealing with CAD models to make the assurance of product data quality. This research also considers the web-based platform for supporting product data quality system. People in everywhere can use the working system and make a collaboration. The concept of product data quality is linked to product data management system. It can keep the validity and consistency.
