2017-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/704980摘要:公司能透過聯盟學習取得知識性資源 (knowledge-based resource),並達到更好的聯盟績效。但過往的研究主要探討聯盟學習對公司所帶來整體的利益,但不同型態的聯盟學習是否對新創型企業 (entrepreneurial firms) 和傳統型企業(incumbent firms) 是否有不同的影響,本研究主要是延伸組織學習的觀點並將聯盟學習區分成三種不同型態的學習:learning about a partner, learning with a partner, and learning from a partner。 而新創型企業 (entrepreneurial firms) 和傳統型企業(incumbent firms)對於資源的需求不同,本研究提出不同型態的聯盟學習會因為公司的新創程度而產生不同的影響,所以新創型企業和傳統型企業也必須根據自己的需求,專注於對自己組織更有利的聯盟學習型態。<br> Abstract: Alliance learning provides knowledge-based resources to firms, leading to improved alliance performance. We extend organizational learning perspective to focus on learning intention so as to identify three alliance learning activities: learning about a partner, learning with a partner, and learning from a partner. Since entrepreneurial and incumbent firms differ substantially in their learning profiles, we also argue that the impact of learning activities on alliance performance will be contingent on the entrepreneurial status of a firm.
