2017-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661729摘要:調查小白菜、油菜、甘藍、洋香瓜、胡瓜、番茄與番椒在不同水分狀態下之葉片水分潛勢、SPAD、葉綠素螢光Fv/Fm值、抗氧化酵素活性、介質體積水分含量以及產量,根據這些參數與產量之間的相關性,歸納出對乾旱敏感之生理指標,以及影響產量之關鍵介質體積水,得知適當灌溉時機,期能節省15%水資源,並達到可接受的產量與品質。建立設施內噴霧降溫系統,提高水分利用效率,改善微氣候環境,穩定果菜作物胡瓜、番茄、西洋南瓜與草莓之水份生理及光合作用,以達成夏季設施高效能生產之目的。<br> Abstract: This project will investigate substrate volumetric water content, water potential, Fv/Fm, activities of antioxddative enzymes and yield of Chinese mustard, cabbage, muskmelon, cucumber, tomato and pepper at different growth stages and different water status. According to the relation of these parameters and yield, suitable physiological parameter and substrate volumetric water content will be selected as the index for high efficient irrigation. Optimal stage of irrigation for each vegetable will also be concluded. It is expected to save 15% water of irrigation with acceptable yield and quality. A fogging system will be used in the greenhouse to enhance water use efficiency and improve the micro-climate environment. The water physiology and photosynthesis of vegetable crops will be stabilized.
