2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660936摘要:本研究建立由草莓粕製備ellagic acid濃縮物的方法,將草莓粕廢棄物做有效的再利用,同時發展出經濟且高效率的回收方式。如此,可將原本的廢棄物提升為具經濟價值的副產物,同時增加草莓原料的附加價值,並可增加農民收益。本研究符合環保廢棄物再利用的原則,而所得到的ellagic acid濃縮物可做為維護國人健康的保健食材。<br> Abstract: The main purpose of this project is to establish a preparing process for making ellagic acid concentrate from a waste of strawberry wine manufacturing, called strawberry residue. Based on our study, we would change the said waste from a real waste to an economic by-product by means of recovery the functional component (ellagic acid) in strawberry, and would reduce the pollution. The targets of this project are 1. to establish the optimum extraction process for the recovery of ellagic acid in strawberry residue. 2. to develop a simple and convenient method for preparing ellagic acid concentrate. 3. to promote human health and to increase the farmer's income by utilization the high value-added ellagic acid concentrate.草莓製備鞣花酸strawberrypreparationellagic acid由草粕製備富含ellagic acid濃縮物方法之探討
