2015-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662236摘要:在利用類芽孢桿菌於草莓灰黴病之防治應用研究中發現類芽孢桿菌對草莓炭疽病菌也具有拮抗作用,故擬於本計畫評估類芽孢桿菌用以防治草莓炭疽病的可行性,希望瞭解類芽孢桿菌應用於防治草莓炭疽病的有效濃度、施用方法,及防治炭疽病的效果,並觀察類芽孢桿菌增加草莓抗炭疽病的作用,純化及分析類芽孢桿菌抑制草莓炭疽病菌及灰黴病菌之有效成份,包括已知抗菌成份種類之生化分析、檢測及抑菌效果分析,以及類芽孢桿菌於草莓植株表面生長情形及存活時間,並進行類芽孢桿菌之發酵培養及毒性測試,以評估類芽孢桿菌之應用潛力及建立生物農藥菌種之基礎資料。<br> Abstract: A previous study indicating that a Paenibacillus strain capable of suppressing strawberry gray mold also exhibiting antagonistic activity on anthracnose pathogen. Thus, extended application on the biocontrol against strawberry anthracnose is proposed. In this project, the effective concentration and applicatiom method of Paenibacillus for the efficacy will be investigated to establish the biocontrol target for the bioagent made with Paenibacillus. Also, the suppression effect of Paenibacillus on strawberry anthracnose via host response will be examined. Secondly, the bioactive compounds produced by Paenibacillus for the antagonistic activity will be purified and analyzed biochemically. The growth and survival periods of Paenibacillus on strawberry plant surface will be examined. Then, the fermentation and toxicity test will be performed.
