Major components of the new model, including a similarity-measure computation circuit and a weighted average circuit, are developed. These components as well as a weight-storage capacitor are arranged in a basic building block, called MERAM cell. HSPICE simulation results of the MERAM model storing three patterns confirm the functionality of the propose circuits. ? 1994 by Taylor & Francis.
