With the information interpreted from smart systems, a high-reliable and accurate risk model can be provided to the investors and the government. In addition, this project envision the use of information obtained from smart infrastructure systems and buildings for improving insurance services. Especially in Taiwan, such a region attacked by numerous natural disasters every year, disaster insurance is not only important for agricultural, industrial, and business companies, but also individual households. By taking advantage of smart systems and developing novel risk-assessment models, this research can help communities become more adaptive, responsive and resilience.災害風險評估災害保險智慧城市社區韌性Hazard Risk AssessmentDisaster InsuranceSmart CityCommunity Resilience智慧城市於風險評估與台灣災害保險之應用
