2011-06-272024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651597摘要:溫室設施由於其環境具有封閉性,且內部具有土壤、水簾、植株、肥料等各類型微生物來源,可能包括了細菌、真菌及病毒等。此些農業相關微生物則藉由人員作業、植物搬運、空氣通風、用灌溉水等途徑造成散佈,成為影響作業環境品質之因素。溫室作業人員因作業過程中具有高度及直接接觸,特別容易暴露於微生物環境之中,目前雖然並無因為接觸溫室中之微生物造成感染危害之實際案例,但是微生物高度暴露所造成之呼吸道症狀在近年來相當受到重視。本案有鑑於此,以我國精緻農業作物中最為大宗之蘭花及高經濟價值之金線蓮栽培溫室為目標環境,於其中進行不同季節之微生物採樣,特別是可能影響作業人員呼吸道衛生之空氣中微生物氣膠進行監測,以次評估溫室環境作業人員之暴露情狀。<br> Abstract: Biological agent transmitted by airborne route may induce the adverse effects on the health of bio-industrial workers. The aim of this study is going to investigate orchid and Anoectochilus growers` respiratory exposure to naturally occurring bioaerosol in two pre-selected greenhouses. The airborne biological bacteria and fungus will be collected with impacting sampler in various seasons through the one-year period monitoring.
