Due to the development in recent years, it is widely used in animals study to test the gene function before application on human study. However, the process of packaging and preparation of AAV takes a long time, and it is advisable to use dedicated personnel to assist in the preparation. Moreover, if the manufacturing interval of each batch exceeds a certain time, the laboratory still needs to spend money to maintain it.
