2017-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/713506摘要:水、能源和糧食間的鏈結已被視為全球重要的工作,在城市化、人口增長及氣候變化等壓力,以及資源與能源的限制下,水、能源、糧食之使用被視為同時具有衝突權衡及協同作用,水-能源-糧食安全間的關係需要跨領域的整合研究。WEF 的目標為:優化用水安全性的同時,能夠兼顧及保持糧食及能源的安全。為達成三贏局面,本研究整合水資源、能源、糧食領域學者,預計以台灣地區作為案例研究區域,透過1.水-能源-糧食鏈結元素及指標建立:對水、能源、糧食間複雜關係的界定及瞭解;2.水-能源-糧食鏈結風險分析及不確定性:鏈結的機會、挑戰、風險及不確定性分析;3.水-能源-糧食鏈結尺度及解決方案探討:探討區域特性下的鏈結方案的發展與執行以及各種情境的權衡;4.水-能源-糧食鏈結技術及工具開發:工具及方法的適用等4 子題,嘗試釐清水-能源-糧食間複雜且重要的鏈結關係。本研究透過整合現有研究資料及科學測量工作,採用跨領域方式來開發及研擬整合的模型、策略及解決方案,進而將研究能量與國際研究團隊整合,透過三年的合作及結果,作為跨領域國際科學合作參與之基礎。<br> Abstract: Water, Energy and Food Nexus (WEF Nexus) has been considered as an important global work. Under pressures form urbanization, population and climate change, and limitation of resources and energy, the linkage between water, energy and food was considered a trade-off or synergy characteristic. WEF Nexus requires interdisciplinary integration. The objective of WEF is to optimize water, energy and food security. To achieve this triple win situation, this research integrated interdisciplinary researchers of water, energy and food. We regard Taiwan as a case study area and attempt to clarify the water-energy-food complex and important nexus by following subprograms: 1.Water-energy-food nexus elements and indicators explore; 2.Water-energy-food nexus risk assessment and uncertainty analysis; 3.Water-energy-food nexus scales and solutions; 4.Water-energy-food nexus tools and methods development. This study aims to explore integrated models, strategies and solutions of WEF Nexus by integration of methods and approaches, and further to be an interdisciplinary basis for international scientific cooperation.水、能源與糧食安全之鏈結-方法探討、風險管理、實質解決方案與工具開發-水、能源與糧食安全之鏈結-方法探討、風險管理、實質解決方案與工具開發(2/3)
