2009-04-172024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651472摘要:每條野溪都有其溪流特性,在治理工程之前,必須有足夠之背景調查資料,以及現場勘查資料,以瞭解野溪之災害類型和溪流特性,再據以規劃設計最適自然環境之野溪治理軟硬體工法,亦即治理完成後之野溪仍然呈現其最自然之風貌,而非許多非自然構件堆砌而成之架構。為此,本計畫選定新竹縣錦梅大橋上游河段,從事資料蒐集、現場勘查、生態調查、水理分析、規劃建議、管理監測等工作,研擬得到一套最適自然環境之野溪治理工法規劃原則,作為提供未來野溪治理規劃設計之參考。 最適自然工法乃同時考慮工程安全與自然生態維護,力求工程介入環境達到防災效果後,仍使當地保持原有的自然環境。依據本研究調查分析結果顯示,此河段之生態狀況相當良好,棲地豐富。此河段於重現期距50年之洪水頻率情況下並無溢流現象,河床沖淤狀況相當穩定。 本河段之規劃建議重點保留下列自然生態棲地,如棲地底質歧異度大之深潭、淺瀨和岸邊緩流區。河道里程0k+000m~0k+182m之間部分原有工程結構物已有基礎被淘刷之現象,建議將這些結構物補強。0k+560m左岸之崩塌地崩塌原因應該是對岸民宅的護岸使原有河道寬度縮小。為防止崩塌範圍持續加大,大量土石進入水體並且下移,建議儘快治理。另外,為防止小粒徑石頭下移造成災害,建議於河道里程0k+250m附近建一梳子壩。 <br> Abstract: Each wild creek has its characteristics. Before the treatments, it is necessary to prepare fully completed information, field investigation, understanding of disaster type and its characteristics to design the most naturalized technology including the hardware and software measures. That is, the scenery of wild creek after treatments could be presented by most naturalization instead of fully artificial construction. Hence, this study selected the upstream reach of Chin-mei Bridge located on Hsin-chu County to carry out the information collection, field investigation, ecologic surveying, hydraulic analysis, planning suggestion and management monitoring to get the principle of most naturalized technology as a reference of design in the near future. The most naturalized technology takes care of the engineering safety and maintenance of eco-environment. It enforces the maintenance of eco-environment after the harvest of disaster prevention. In accordance with the investigation of this study, the eco-environment of this reach is very good and habitats are spreading. There is no overflow phenomenon under the condition of fifty-year recurrence. The silt-and-scour condition in this reach is very stable. The planning suggestion of this reach keeps the following habitats from destroying: deep pool with the high diversity of substratum, riffles and slow current zone near banks. Scouring occurred under the foundation of some engineering constructions between 0k+000m and 0k+182m, the enforcement should be executed as soon as possible. The traction of landslide at the left bank of 0k+560m is the extension of revetment resulting in decrease of creek width. In order to prevent the expansion of landslide resulting increasing sediment into creek, the enforcement is suggested strongly. Moreover, to prevent the smaller rock from flowing downward, the slit dam is suggested to be constructed at 0k+250m.最適自然工法The most naturalized technology最適自然環境野溪治理工法研究(2/3)
