2004-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/707262摘要:長日照(>12小時)對泌乳牛有增加乳量的反應,乳量提升最少每日0.5 kg,最多每日3.3 kg。乳綿羊光照試驗,亦是發現長日照(15.5 vs. 8.5小時)能提升乳綿羊的乳量25%。泌乳牛的研究報告顯示,長日照對泌乳牛的影響主要是透過提升血中IGF-1濃度而產生作用。但是,目前尚未有直接探討延長光照長度對乳山羊泌乳影響的研究報告。臺灣羊乳產銷的現況,屬於短日照的冬季是羊乳收購價格最高的時期。本計畫研究目的為測試乳山羊分娩後實施延長光照處理(16小時光照/8小時黑暗)持續150天,對泌乳量、採食量、血中IGF-1濃度的影響。<br> Abstract: Prolonged lighting time (>12 hr.) could increase the milk yield of lactating dairy cows from 0.5 to 3.3 kg/day. Prolonged lighting treatment (15.5 vs. 8.5 hr.) also increased lactating dairy ewes milk yield for 25%. Effect of photoperiod on milk yield of lactating dairy cows is mainly through the increasing of blood IGF-1. There is still no literature revealing the effect of prolonged lighting time on lactating dairy goats. Goat milk price is the highest during winter which is a short day time season.
