She underwent emergent dialysis smoothly under F6-HPS polysulfone hemodialyzer. With two subsequent hemodialysis sessions, severe anaphylactic reaction with cardiopulmonary resuscitation occurred under FX60 polysulfone dialyzer. Further dialysis sessions by F6-HPS polysulfone dialyzer were uneventful.
