2011-03-242024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661915摘要：臺灣本土闊葉樹種－土肉桂（Cinnamomum osmophloeum）葉子精油具有許多良好的生物活性，但是近年來，國內業者反應土肉桂葉子精油的貯存性不佳，因此，本計畫擬探討各種環境因子對土肉桂葉子及精油成分之影響，並嘗試延長精油保存期限之方法，此外，測試其生物活性之差異，期能尋得理想的保存環境及條件，使土肉桂葉子精油更具應用價值。<br> Abstract: Essential oil of leaves from Cinnamomum osmophloeum, an indigenous hardwood in Taiwan, exhibited various excellent bioactivities. However, poor stability of leaves and its essential oil of C. osmophloeum were recently noticed from domestic producers. Therefore, the influence of environmental factors on the stability of essential oil of C. osmophloeum leaves and its constituents are investigated in this study. In addition, we attempt to find appropriate methods to prolong storage period of essential oil. The varied bioactivities are also examined.
