2008-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/708869摘要：氯黴素 （Chloramphenicol, CAP） 是一種廣效性抗生素，由於其具有效果好以及價格低廉等優點，因此目前已普遍應用於家畜禽的各種傳染性疾病的治療。然而氯黴素有其嚴重的副作用，它會抑制人體骨髓造血功能而引起再生障礙性貧血症和粒狀白細胞缺乏症。近年來，食品中的氯黴素殘留對人類的健康造成了極大的威脅。因此，發展快速、簡便、而且又準確的氯黴素快速檢驗試劑成為了近年來食品分析界十分關注的課題。 傳統上常用HPLC與TLC來作為氯黴素檢測的方法，但不僅效率不佳，而且敏感度也不夠。故本計畫期望能開發能夠快速檢測氯黴素之快速層析檢驗試劑套組，期望研發出更快速更便利的檢測方法，使得一般的養殖業者可無需複雜的的檢驗儀器與技術，即可自己進行產品進入市場前的把關工作，以達藥物殘留源頭的管制目的，進而推廣於國內外任何畜用藥殘留檢測單位，提高檢測件數以利市場大量篩檢，提升國人健康及出口畜禽產品之國際形象，提高我國畜禽產品出口量，同時更為國人健康安全把關。 <br> Abstract: The goal of this project is to develop a one step chromatographic diagnostic kit for detection of chloramphenicol (CAP). We are going to develop “CAP Rapid Diagnostic Kit” of (1) standard operation procedure, (2) pilot production, and (3) field test during this year. The benefit of this kit is time-saving and much more effective than other detection methods. Furthermore, everyone can detect chloramphenicol themselves using “CAP Chromatography Diagnostic Kit” without any complicated instruments and techniques.
