2008-05-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662802摘要:進口農作產品的檢疫工作中,除防阻國外重要害蟲進入台灣外,國外害蟲的族群與台灣地區的族群差異為何,也是重要的基本資料;國外特性不同的族群或品系,若進入台灣,也有可能造成更嚴重的危害.但要至國外收集或採集相關害蟲樣本,往往事倍功半,除人力及財力外,也不一定可收集到輸入農作相關的害蟲樣本.本研究透過進口作物上的害蟲檢疫,即可建主國外族群的分子資料庫,除有助於疫人員的鑑定外,也便於國內相關學者的比對分析.若是國內未有的害蟲,藉由此一合作模式,可立即建立國外檢疫害蟲的COI及ITS2的資料庫,便於後續的比對分析及檢疫工作.<br> Abstract: The works herein will be done by experts from different institutes. Molecular data of insect pest found in imported agricultural products will be established. The amplicons of intergenic spacer 2 and cytochrome oxidase I for DNA barcoding were used to establish and identify the imported insect pest. DNA sequences of conserved COI region from a variety of insects will be compiled and yielded the specific primers for each insect order. The ITS2 and COI barcoding sequences of thrips and aphids provide by Hsinchu Branch of BAPHIQ, found in imported agricultural products will be established in our Lab. The importance is we can establish the sequences information of the foreign populations either the pest was already found in Taiwan or not.
