In October 1995, it has experienced the impact of the Quebec referendum. Even though Canada survives that crisis after the federalists won the referendum with a slim margin, the future of Canadian federal system, however, becomes more uncertain than before. The article proposes to examine the conflicts between Quebec and the rest of Canada from the constitutional perspective.
