2011-02-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/666654摘要:本計劃擬開發一種矽橡膠內阻燃層材料,主要是應用在火箭推進器中之衝壓引擎燃燒室(ram burner)作為阻熱層。一般矽橡膠阻燃層材料是利用該材料在高溫受熱分解後,siloxane會與二氧化矽產生具有強度且不易脫落之氧化矽層及多孔性之黑色焦碳化層,有效阻擋高熱氣流繼續對內層燒蝕,達到阻熱及防止燒穿之效果。故本計劃重點將著重在開發矽氧烷高分子兼含有vinyl type之苯基/甲基矽氧共聚物。預計以下之方法加以延伸探討: 1.篩選或合成矽氧高分子: 苯基/甲基矽氧共聚物屬addition reaction熟化系統之RTV (room-temperature vulcanization),含有vinyl type且其苯含量在25%以上,有效提高其阻燃層碳化率。 2.探討其基本性質: 將控制在室溫25 oC下,其黏度 < 30,000 cps,分子量 > 10,000。 3.產物具易製性: 產物在1 Kg以上,並提供最符合經濟效益之方法,供後續評估及運用。 4.所開發之矽氧高分子共聚物將完成相關熟化反應機制、材料特性與熱性質探討。未來將搭配二氧化矽、碳化矽、碳纖維等填充料或其他防火添加物(如無機黏土、金屬氧化物等)加以混合後,進行初步配方熱性質探討。 <br> Abstract: The present research focus on the preparation of silicon rubber as an ablation inhibitor for rocket ram burner. Generally speaking, the silicon rubber ablation inhibitors are composed by the siloxane and the silica dioxide addition reactions. The siloxane groups react with SiO2 at high temperature and the robust silica layers and porous black carbon layers are then formed. These layers can be used to observe the effectiveness of flame retardant. To achieve the present goal, we therefore examine the followings: 1.Selecting optimal or using the commercial siloxane for the study: phenyl/methyl siloxane copolymer is belong to the room-temperature vulcanization of the addition reaction. Because it contains vinyl type and less 25% of benzene, therefore enhancing the charring rate of ablation inhibitor effectively. 2.Evaluating the basic properties of silicon rubber: the viscosity will be controlled > 30,000 cps and the molecular weight > 10,000 g/mol at room-temperature 25 oC. 3.Simple for manufacturing: the obtained products will higher than 1 Kg therefore provide a most cost-effective method for follow-up assessment and the utilization. 4.By the end of experiment, the study will help to understand the mechanism of the room-temperature vulcanization and the relative thermal properties.
