2005-07-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661653摘要:朵麗蝶蘭為朵麗蘭及蘭蝴蝶之人工雜交屬。朵麗蝶蘭雜交後代中,不少品系兼具 朵麗蘭及蝴蝶蘭之優良性狀,具有中、小型,利於單株擺設等優點,現已有抽梗 蘭株外銷大陸及美國。目前對朵麗蝶蘭研究資料相當欠缺,其似較蝴蝶蘭更具抗 病性及耐熱性,有必要更進一步探討其開花特性及乙烯對花朵萎凋之影響,並研 發採收後處理程序,以改善栽培及貯運技術。故本計畫將探討溫度對朵麗蝶蘭抽 梗開花之影響、不同品系花朵對乙烯之敏感度,以及使用1-methylcyclopropene來 延遲花朵老化等,研究成果將有助於產業之發展。<br> Abstract: Doritaenopsis is a artificial genus originated by crossing Doritis and Phalaenopsis. Doritaenopsis has several good characteristics, such as disease resistance and heat tolerance, which are not commonly found in Phalaenopsis. Some Doritaenopsis hybrids became popular lately in the market; however, information about this genus is very limited. The objectives of this research are to study characteristics of flowering and flower longevity in Doritaenopsis. Experiments will be conducted to determine the effect of temperature on flowering of Doritaenopsis, flower sensitivity to ethylene, and the efficacy of 1-methylcyclopropene on protecting Doritaenopsis flowers against ethylene injury.
