2015-07-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684640摘要:本計畫之目標有二:1.開發槽耕栽培用之電動鬆土機,藉以取代人力,高效率進行鬆土及肥料混合作業;2.改良現有之葉菜類收穫機,滿足溫網室葉菜栽培經營需求。本計畫之預期效益為:1.研發電動鬆土機,藉以取代人力鬆土及有機質肥料混合作業,除可減少溫網室作物栽培之人力需求外,透過機械對土壤均勻的鬆土與混合作業,亦可增加土壤透氣性、排水性及肥料分布之均勻性,有利於作物的生長;2.葉菜類收穫是溫網室蔬菜栽培的重要瓶頸,透過收穫機之研發可大幅減輕收穫的辛勞,有助於產業的擴大經營。3.省工效率方面:利用電動鬆土機進行槽耕鬆土及有機質肥料混合作業,其效率可為人力作業的5倍以上;改良後之葉菜類收穫機,其作業效率可為原始收穫機的2倍,為人力作業的5倍。<br> Abstract: The Objectives of this project are: 1. Development of an electric type soil loosener: This machine can replace manual power and can loosen soils & mix fertilizers with a high efficiency; 2. Improvement of a present leaf vegetable harvester: It can meet the requirement of owners or farmers of vegetable culture in greenhouses. After this project is completed, the benefits are as follows: first, if an electric soil loosener is developed, the manual operation of soil loosening and organic fertilizer mixing can be replaced by a machine. The operation by a machine will reduce the labors needed in crop production of greenhouses. In addition, by means of a machine for loosening and mixing the soil will be more homogeneous. Then the aeration, the helpdrainage and the uniformity of fertilizer distribution will also be increased. These are helpful to crop growth. Secondary, The bottleneck of vegetable production in greenhouses is the harvesting. The introduction of a harvester for vegetables can reduce the labors needed tremendously. This will also promote the farmers to extend their business.
