2014-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/654268摘要:一、 改善教學品質方面:將以Capstone course(總整式課程)為目標,並採取加強學習深度、輔導學生規劃未來方向等策略,重點作法包括增加課程深度、增加實作機會、減少必修學分、增加選修彈性等,預期績效為增加學生未來競爭力、提高學習意願、引導學生建立自己人生目標。 二、 增進研究能量方面:將以提高研究質與量為目標,並採取增聘研究人員、建立研究團隊等策略,重點作法包括新聘教師、整合系內、校內教師專業、延攬校外研究人員、獎勵優秀學生等,預期績效為提升論文質與量、爭取研究計畫的規模並提高前瞻性。 三、 提升產學合作方面:將以國家能源政策為目標,並採取與國外學術單位合作或技術交流、支援國內產業界發展等策略,重點作法包括人員教育訓練、借由國家政策作先期技術開發等,預期績效為推動離岸風力發電的開發。 四、 其他計畫推動方面:將以儲備人才、開發新技術為目標,並採取進行前瞻性研究為策略,重點作法包括增加專利權、增加業界交流等。 <br> Abstract: 1. To improve teaching quality: The goal of the project is to promote Capstone course, in accompany with strategies such as enhancing intensive learning and mentoring students to identify their future options and directions. Courses of action include adjusting the difficulty level of courses, increasing hands-on experience, reducing required courses, and increasing the flexibility of elective courses. Key deliverables and outcomes are to increase students’ competitiveness, to enhance students’ learning motivation, and to help guide students for creating their own goals in life. 2. To increase research competitiveness: The goal is to simultaneously enhance research quality and increase research quantity. Strategies include increasing academic position opening, establishing research team collaborations, and fostering a collegial and challenging intellectual environment necessary to conduct enabling and breakthrough research in engineering science and ocean engineering. Courses of action include recruiting new faculty and academic professional, integrating disciplines and knowledge across fields in the institution, and rewarding outstanding students. Key deliverable and outcome is to enhance the quality and quantity of academic publications as well as research projects for advancement of science and technology. 3. To promote industry-academia collaboration: The focus is aligned with national energy policy. Strategies include academic collaborations and technical exchanges with globally renowned research institutions, and supporting the development and upgrade of local industries. Courses of action include implementing an effective employee training and development program and promoting early-stage innovative technology development through national policy. Key outcome is to advance the research and development of offshore wind energy systems. 4. Others: Top priorities are to hire and maintain outstanding and energetic research fellows, and to develop innovative and high-impact technologies through advanced research projects.
