2003-10-072024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682733摘要：本計畫延續『e世代地理資訊系統(GIS)資訊人才培育計畫』，主要工作四項： 一、校園即時地理資訊系統建置：根據教育部校園安全管理及數位學習之需求，進行系統的規劃與設計，將校園基本資料與台灣全島1/25000比例尺向量式電子地圖整合，建置全國學校安全管理之基本資料庫，並開發應用系統。 二、校園社區調查與數位學習推廣：以『十大主題調查』網站為主，除管理與維護外，並與種子學校合作，將各學校所回報、登錄之資料彙整，整合加入資料庫中，並利用各種管道，將十大調查主題網站介紹給各學校、老師。 三、種子學校輔導：配合教育部種子學校計畫，整合九所種子學校，協助其與鄰近高中職組成連線，協助取得缺乏的資源，進行經驗交流與資源分享。統整相關大學地理系所及地理資訊中心的人力及資源，建立可就近支援鄰近高中職GIS發展之合作網路。 四、教育訓練及輔導上線：舉辦三梯次的教育訓練活動，一梯次提供教育部相關業務同仁教育訓練，培養上線使用GIS的能力，以熟悉『校園即時資訊系統』的操作。另兩梯次提供全國有興趣於GIS發展的老師教育訓練，培養上線使用GIS的能力，並推廣『十大調查主題』網站，期望老師們一同參與資料提供。<br> Abstract: This project is the follow-up project of the “ E- GIS Information Professionals Cultivating Project.” This task includes: 1. Establish real-time campus geographic information system: According to the needs of the Ministry of Education to set up a campus security management and E-leaning system, we integrate basis data of schools and digital vector maps of Taiwan (1/25,000) to set up a national school security management database. 2. Conduct campus and community surveys and disseminate E-learning: We have a website for this project. Apart from managing and maintaining the website, we also cooperate with seed schools to integrate their survey results into the database. Moreover, we make the website known to schools and teachers through various channels. 3. Provide Consultations to seed schools: We integrate the nine seed schools, assisting them to form alliances with high schools and vocation schools nearby. We help them obtain resources, exchange experiences and share resources. We also integrate various resources from college geography faculties. This will help nearby schools form a cooperation network. 4. Education training and assist them to get online: We hold a three-phase educational training. The first phase provides training for those who work in similar fields in the Ministry of Education. We cultivate their ability to use WebGIS in order to get familiar with the “Campus Real-time information system.” The other two phases provide training for teachers who have interests in developing GIS.
