王鑫2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282002http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/11410「災害的存在與人類的回應息息相關」是wh 1 te ( 1 978 )認為研究災害必須明瞭的基本概念。自然作用力會演變成災害,主要是因為人類居住在災害敏感地區,暴露自身的脆弱所造成。 台灣位於環太平洋地震帶,地震發生頻率相當高。據中央氣象局統計,台灣平均每年有一次災害性的地震發生。如果災害性地震是發生在西部地區,更易釀成巨大的災難。因此居住在這種地震發生的敏感地區,防災能力應是每位國民必須具備的素養之一。但九二一地震時民眾回應地震的種種行動,卻顯示出國人的無知與恐慌。細究原因,乃是因為國民義務教育缺乏防災的養成教育。本研究試圖以地震災害為主題,研究國民中學現有的及應有的防震教育課程的重要概念,期望能由改善課程方面,彌補教師教學方面的缺憾。本研究選取教師、現行教科書與九年一貫教科書編撰的專家學者,為研究調查對象。依據研究對象在教學活動的主導性和對學生認知程度的瞭解,確定研究調查對象的主軸,援用多元研究方法的主一輔研究設計,以質性研究為主(教師深入訪談),量化研究為輔(專家問卷調查)。教師為研究對象的主軸,採用深入訪談法瞭解教師具有的防震教育課程概念。根據內政部消防署所公布的資料,區分為災區教師(埔里地區)與非災區教師(台北地區)。其次,將分析深入訪談結果獲得的概念,設計成專家問卷。透過九年一貫教科書出版社的協助,進行專家問卷調查。企圖明瞭參與九年一貫教科書編撰的專家學者與國中教師,在防震教育課程概念上的差異。藉以比較分析,研擬幾項適合國中階段的防震教育課程概念。最後,以概念圖的方式,明確呈現概念與概念間的聯結關係,並藉此編寫防震教育課程模組,作為九年一貫相關課程自編教材的參考。The existence of hazard is closely linked with human response. Natural process becomes hazard, when human inhabit hazard sensitive lands and make themselves vulnerable. Taiwan is located at seismic belt on the rim of the Pacific Ocean. Earthquakes occur very frequently. According to CWB¡¦s statistics, Taiwan averages a hazardous earthquake every year. If hazardous earthquake occurs on the western lowland area, it will cause vast disaster. Therefore living in such a turbulent region, everybody should have hazard mitigation ability. But the actions people responded to 921 Chi-Chi earthquake showed ignorant and panic. One of the reason is that Taiwan didn¡¦t taught hazard mitigation program in primary education. This study is about seismic hazard mitigation. Hope to prepare a supplement material to compensate for the lake of such teaching. In order to collect more data, the researcher selected the following: teachers in junior high school, and editors of textbooks for Nine-Year Integrative curriculum for further examination. Based on students cognitive level, the researcher decides the most important research object, and adopt the ¡§dominant¡X less dominant ¡§diversified research method. Qualitative research is dominant and quantitative research is less dominant. Teachers are the main group in this research. Researcher use in¡Xdepth interview to gather concepts about seismic hazard mitigation from teachers. According to National Fire Administration, teachers are divided into those in disaster area ( Puli region ) and those in non-disaster area ( Taipei region ). Next, the researcher designed an questionnaire, and via the help of the publishers of Nine¡XYear Integrative textbooks, a survey was conducted. This study combined two types of information, that is in-depth interview, and editors questionnaire. Based on the result, the researcher had draw up important curriculum concepts on seismic hazard mitigation education. Finally, making use of concept maps to display clearly link relation of concept and concept.
