2006-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681143摘要:本研究針對前瞻性微波科技進行創新的基礎研究與應用發展。未來將開發微波及毫米波頻段之單一晶片系統(system-on-chip, SOC)及單一構裝系統(system-on-package, SOP)之核心技術。研究主題則涵蓋無線射頻通訊系統之開發、微波及毫米波單晶積體電路、構裝、天線、整合測試等各項前瞻技術。本子計畫對於新世代電子與無線通訊系統之開發,將有具體的貢獻;對於軍民通用之國防、天文、遙測等尖端應用之推展,亦有莫大的助益。此外,本子計畫將與中山科學研究院進行合作,借重其於毫米波技術之豐富經驗,期能達到產業、學術、國防三贏之綜效。<br> Abstract: This sub-project includes various topics of advanced microwave technologies, such as wireless RF communication system design, advanced monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), packaging, antennas, and integrated measurement techniques, thereby achieving main theme of exploring the system-on-chip (SOC) and system-on-package (SOP) technologies at microwave and millimeter-wave (MMW) regimes. We believe that this project will have long lasting effects and strong impacts on local industries and next generation telecommunication systems.
