2010-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659528摘要:本研究目標在於建立快速有效之替代性芻料消化率與細胞毒性測試平台,以同時評 估替代性芻料品質與安全性。將使用瘤胃開窗牛隻分別單獨給飼苜蓿或百慕達乾草 之芻料,採取瘤胃液為體外兩段式發酵試驗,評估太陽麻、花生藤、玉米穗軸及稻 草等替代性芻料在不同來源瘤胃液中之消化表現。另將進行兩段式消化試驗後之樣 品冷凍乾燥,並進行細胞株毒性感應測試,以檢測黴菌毒素與荳科有毒成分之所以 殘留及影響。<br> Abstract: Objective of the present study is to establish an evaluation method which combines in vitro digestibility and cytotoxicity assays for identifying suitable alternative forages with high digestibility and no toxic effect. Rumen cannulated dairy cows fed alfalfa hay or bermuda hay will be used to collect rumen fluid for two stage in vitro digestion test followed by cytotoxicity assay to evaluate the quality and safety of sunn hemp, peanut stover, corn stover and rice straw as alternative forage for ruminants.替代性芻料消化率細胞毒性測試alternative foragedigestibilitycytotoxicity assays替代性芻料消化率與毒性共同評估方法之建立
