國立臺灣大學電機工程學系暨研究所郭德盛2006-07-252018-07-062006-07-252018-07-061998-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/7660為因應肌肉神經傳導障礙的 患者日益激增,且已由單一肌肉 的神經傳導障礙轉變為區域性 ( 上肢, 下肢)的肌肉神經傳導 障礙,而國內對於此類患者的治 療仍侷限於傳統的物理治療方 法,且尚無一套功能完整可供臨 床復健治療的系統。有鑑於此, 研製、整合一套復健用多通道功 能性電刺激器, 為求改善、增進 此類患者復健治療的效益乃是 一項刻不容緩的主題。 基於上述動機且為延續本 所過去對肌電訊號分析處理及 人機介面控制的研究成果,進而 研製、整合一套復健用多通道功 能性電刺激系統。其結構上包 括:多通道電刺激訊號產生輸出 及相關控制訊號輸入、多種選擇 波型產生輸出、多重功能選擇控 制( 侵入式、非侵入式)、可程 式化的刺激強度及頻率等相關 電路系統設計。第一年進行以電 腦為基礎的通用型刺激器系統 軟、硬體之設計。The number of patients with motor impairment due to neurological disorders of the central nervous system has been increased recently in Taiwan. Currently conventional physical therapy was the only means applied to those patients with motor impairment in Taiwan. Functional electrical stimulation had been used to improve motor function for years in western country with results. Therefore, it is a important issue to develop a multi-channels electrical stimulator to meet the therapeutic means in rehabilitation. From previous studies, we have got a lot of experience in electromyographic signal processing and the management of machines interface. These novel experience could be applied to this study.
