The abnormal left pulmonary artery is a sling-like structure that surrounds the trachea and produces upper airway obstruction. Complete tracheal ring is associated with tracheal stenosis which often leads to respiratory distress. This article presents a case of this anomaly and emphasizes the importance of detecting the complex combination when evaluating related disease spectrum.[SDGs]SDG3airway obstruction; anamnesis; article; bronchiolitis; bronchoscopy; case report; clinical feature; computer assisted tomography; follow up; human; infant; male; physical examination; pulmonary artery malformation; recurrent disease; respiratory distress; Humans; Infant; Male; Pulmonary Artery; Tomography, X-Ray Computed; Trachea; Tracheal StenosisRing-sling complex: Report of one casejournal article166400082-s2.0-33644936901
