2024-05-182024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/715789National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) Research Ethics Committee (REC) has been established and designated to approve, monitor, and review biomedical and behavioral research involving humans with the aim to protect the rights and welfare of the research subjects. It assures the quality in conducting clinical trials, protects the safety and rights of research subjects, and oversees ethical and regulatory issues related to clinical studies. Due to more and more research projects applied , Research Ethics Committee （REC） was reorganized as Research Ethics Committee A（REC A）, Research Ethics Committee B（REC B）and Research Ethics Committee C （REC C）in charge of reviewing different kinds of research projects and were established on 1st , January, 2010. And Research Ethics Committee D（REC D）was established on 15th , August, 2011.​【成立宗旨】 研究倫理委員會（REC）主要職責為審核及監測與個人相關之生物醫學或行為學之研究，特別是有關受試者權利與福祉之保護。 本院為妥善施行臨床研究，保障參與研究之受試者權益，並規劃與研究有關之倫理道德與法律事宜，特成立研究倫理委員會。因計畫申請量日漸增加，自2010年1月1日起陸續設置四個研究倫理委員會： ​​A研究倫理委員會（Research Ethics Committee A，簡稱R.E.C.A） B研究倫理委員會（Research Ethics Committee B，簡稱R.E.C.B） C研究倫理委員會（Research Ethics Committee C，簡稱R.E.C.C） D研究倫理委員會（Research Ethics Committee D，簡稱R.E.C.D） 【 任務】 ​​​（一）制定本院人體研究倫理政策及審核等規章制度。 （二）審查本會人體研究計畫，並依據倫理與法律原則決議「通過」、「修正後通過」、「修正後提下次會議」或「不通過」。 （三）審查本會核准之人體研究計畫，並依據倫理與法律原則決議「暫停」或「終止」。 （四）監督及管理本會人體研究計畫（包括知情同意過程及執行）。 （五）審查與保護研究參與者權益事項。 （六）審查及處理與研究相關之利益衝突事項。 （七）其他有關研究倫理事項。 【組成】 各研究倫理委員會各置委員十五至二十一人，其中一人為主任委員，一人為副主任委員，另置執行祕書一人。委員除包含有關醫事專業人員外，也有社工人員、社會賢達人士、法律專家及宗教家等其他社會公正人士之參與。 【會議會期】 各研究倫理委員會每個月固定召開一次會議，必要時得召開臨時會議。會議需經二分之一以上委員出席並符合出席規定始得開議，並以出席委員過半數同意進行決議。
