2023-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664311本計畫目的在於推動智慧農業的發展與推廣農業機械的應用。透過積極與創新的農業機械教育訓練策略,加強與推廣農業機械的使用效能,解決農業勞力短缺問題。建立農民農業機械安全操作使用觀念。導入農業機械與智慧農業新科技,提升農業生產技術水準與農業經營效能。建立系統化與創新的農業機械教育訓練與推廣體系。為配合行政院農委會「全面推動農糧產業省工機械化及設備現代化」計畫的推動,將規劃設置農業機械教育訓練與推廣中心於臺大雲林校區,辦理農業機械相關教育訓練研習班。除了農業機械的教育訓練及推廣工作外,亦將整合規劃有關農機性能測試、擴增機械耕作服務與農機租賃服務模式建立、提升農機安全使用與農用曳引機駕駛執照訓練與考驗等相關工作,以推廣農業機械使用,提升使用效能,達到現代化、機械化、共享化的綜效。 The purpose of this project is to promote the development of smart agriculture and the application of agricultural machinery. Through active and innovative agricultural machinery education and training strategies, this project aims are (1) to strengthen and promote the use of agricultural machinery and solve the problem of agricultural labor shortages; (2) to establish the concept of agricultural machinery safety operation to farmers; (3) to introduce new technologies of agricultural machinery and smart agriculture to improve the technical level of agricultural production and the efficiency of agricultural management; (4) to establish a systematic and innovative agricultural machinery education, training and extension system. In order to cooperate with the promotion of the "Comprehensive Promotion of Provincial Mechanization and Equipment Modernization of the Agricultural and Food Industry" plan of the Agricultural Committee of the Executive Yuan, an Agricultural Machinery Education, Training and Promotion Center will be set up in the Yunlin Campus of National Taiwan University to conduct education and training related to agricultural machinery and mechanization. In addition to the education, training and promotion of agricultural machinery, it will also integrate and plan related work related to performance testing of agricultural machinery, expansion of mechanical farming services and establishment of agricultural machinery rental service models, improvement of the agricultural machinery safety, and training and testing for agricultural tractor driver’s license.
