2004-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/702919摘要:本研究第一階段(93/08/01~94/07/31執行中之計畫:NSC 93-2211-E-002-054)之目的在於探討雷射掃描點雲之結構化處理及其衍生特徵物之精度;第二階段(本申請計劃書)之研究主要探討雷射掃描點雲結構化處理衍生之角點、三維直線及平面特徵物在點雲資料套合處理、結合攝影測量之外方位參數求解及三維建物模型重建之應用研究。透過所萃取特徵物經與地面真實(Ground Truth)比對亦可對雷射點雲資料實施間接性精度評估。同時,從雷射點雲資料結構化推演的特徵物(含三維點、線、面)可構建幾何控制實體資料庫,供後續空間幾何資料處理使用。<br> Abstract: This proposal is a continued effort following the research goals of structuralizing laser scanning point cloud that are currently conducted. The underlying purposes of research in this stage, called phase II, are aimed at exploiting the derived 3-D features, including corner points, 3-D lines, and planes that are produced in phase I on the applications of laser scanning point clouds registration, fusing with photographs solving for orientation parameters and 3-D building models. In the light of the derived features from laser scanning point cloud, the accuracy of them can be evaluated by comparing with the ground truth, rending an indirect way of assessing laser scanning point cloud accuracy.
