2014-11-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/694306摘要:隨著LTE及LTE-A系統的全球化佈建及國際間為增加頻譜可利用性在共享接取上的協同努力,學術界、產業界及管理者已大量投入一重點研發:如何透過授權分享機制來增加LTE服務的容量及多樣性,並提升整體社會經濟發展的價值。本三年期計畫將專注於經授權分享機制所提供的LTE服務,經授權的使用者透過有效利用既有使用者未使用或低度使用的頻譜,可以提供終端使用者具一定服務品質的LTE服務。本研究計畫主要重點在促成幾項重點技術的發展,如動態頻譜感知、以感知為基礎的傳輸及接取、可利用頻譜之數據庫、共享運作模型及相關機制設計。三年期研究的目標如下: O1) 研究動態頻譜分享的運作模型、分析頻譜和無線接取網路的共享策略以及開發經授權分享機制提供LTE服務的決策工具; O2) 開發先進之頻譜感知技術及動態更新頻譜圖,以做為有效控管次世代以分享為基礎的頻譜接取之基石; O3) 針對經授權分享機制所提供的LTE服務,設計以感知為基礎的傳輸及接取技術; O4) 實做並測試以上所述之技術,主要測試設備包含自主開發的通用軟體無線電週邊設備,並結合由資策會或工研院提供的LTE微型基地台及演進數據封包核心網進行展示。 本研究團隊將著手處理結合技術、共享架構、運作模型及相關規管政策的問題。相關研究目標及成果使本研究團隊具以下研究價值: V1) 協助我國資通訊產業更精確掌握經授權分享機制提供LTE服務的相關技術、系統及服務開發,其可互補於財團法人資訊工業策進會及國家中山科學研究院在頻譜共享技術及系統上的開發,並加速無線寬頻服務的普及; V2) 針對經授權分享機制提供LTE服務的業者及相關規管者,提供科學及技術上的支援與建議; V3) 貢獻關於5G無線寬頻系統中的頻譜共享技術及運作模型發展之發展展望。 <br> Abstract: With the worldwide deployment of LTE and LTE-A systems and internationally harmonized efforts of increasing spectrum availability for shared access, there have been increasing R&Ds by the academia, industry and regulators on how LTE services may expand their capacity and diversity and raise socio-economic values via Licensed/Authorized Shared Access (LSA/ASA). This 3-year research project is focused on LSA by LTE services, which aims at facilitating efficient use of underutilized or unused spectrum shared by incumbents in a manner that all the authorized users can provide LTE services with certain desirable QoS. Emphases are on enabling technologies of dynamic spectrum sensing, sensing-based transmission and access, spectrum availability repository and operation models and mechanism design. Objectives of the 3-year research are as follows: O1) to investigate DSS operation models, analyze sharing strategies of spectrum and radio access network, and develop decision tools for LSA by LTE services; O2) to develop advanced spectrum sensing techniques and dynamically update spectrum map as an informational cornerstone of efficient control and management of next-generation sharing-based spectrum access; O3) to design enabling dynamic spectrum sensing-based transmission and access technologies for LSA by LTE services; and O4) to implement and test the technologies and designs above by exploiting self-developed USRP platform, and LTE small cell and EPC experiment platforms developed by III and/or ITRI. The research team will address the question of appropriate mix of technologies, sharing architectures, operation models, and associated regulatory policies.
