2016-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/709133摘要:此工作提供多鐵電性鐵酸鉍與超導體釔鋇銅氧的異質介面電子特性。利用掃描穿隧顯微鏡/能譜術量測其介面,可獲得空間解析的電子特性。電子特性分析的結果顯示釔鋇銅氧的超導行為。此結果提供超導特性隨著遠離介面距離的變化,以及討論超導特性受到鐵電域壁的影響。<br> Abstract: This study demonstrates the electronic structures of heterostructures of multiferroic BiFeO3 and superconductor YBa2Cu3O7¬-x. Utilizing scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy to investigate the interface, the spatial resolved spectroscopy can be obtained. The analysis of spectroscopy reveals the superconducting behavior in YBCO.
