2013-09-092024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660250摘要:本計畫將以三個期作的期程,與品種育成機構合作純化13個優良水稻推薦品種,對於參與繁殖的單株在營養生長期間以SSR分子標誌進行分子標誌組態分析與田間檢查,僅收穫外觀性狀與DNA分子標誌組態皆為一致的單株,並經由對於調製後種子的分子標誌組態分析確認所獲得的確為最高純度的種子,做為將來生產原原種種子時的育種家種子。在每一個品種只有一種DNA組態的條件下,臺灣水稻品種的資料庫可以大幅簡化,並提高以分子標誌區分市售白米品種的可行性。本計畫並將針對99年以後育成,尚未收納於國產水稻品種DNA資料庫之新品種,以SSR與SNP分子標誌系統建立其DNA指紋圖譜。<br> Abstract: This proposed project will collaborate with public breeding institutes to re-select the 13 recommended elite rice varieties based on DNA profiles and phenotypic and growth characteristics during the vegetative stages within the next 3 growing seasons. Only the plants with uniform characteristics and DNA profiles will be harvested in bulks. After regular seed testing and variety testing, seed lots conform the highest standard will be divided and stored in small packages under appropriate storage condition to serve as breeder seeds. After purification, the DNA profile database for domesticate rice varieties will be greatly simplified and make the variety testing for packaged rice on the market by DNA methods feasible.
