2004-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/692401摘要:題目:從審議民主觀點分析「非常報導」光碟之相關報導的公共溝通品質 十一、研究計劃中英文摘要 (一) 中文摘要 「非常報導」光碟一案引起眾多有關公共論述的爭議,本研究將從「審議民主」的觀點,檢視我國媒體相關報導中公共溝通品質。本研究將根據三位主要學:Rawls, Habermas, 和Arendt 等的論點,一方面探討「公共」領域的溝通與論述的理論觀點,同時並藉此反省「非常報導」光碟案所引發的爭議,如何看待「非常報導」光碟本身是否是「公共論述」?相關的爭議是否具有審議民主的精神,是否構成有效的政治溝通?是否具有擴大心胸的相互主觀性?是否訴諸於公共理性?以及是否有助於在自由多元價值的社會中,達成社會共識? 研究方法將採取論述分析和焦點訪談方式,分析三家主要報紙(聯合/中時/自由)媒體報導的相關文本所顯示的公共溝通意涵;同時,藉由邀請媒體工作者和傳播研究者共同座談,可進一步分析媒體呈現公共論述與民主<br> Abstract: (二) 英文摘要英文: An analysis of the case of “The Very Report” from the concepts of deliberate democracy Due to the controversy resulted from the content of the “Very Report” CD, there are various opinions about the boundary of “public discourse”. This research is proposed to explore the concepts of deliberate democracy of three important figures: J. Rawls, J. Habermas, and H.Arendt, with the aim to clarify the meaning of public discourse. Through discourse analysis and focus group interview, the research will clarity if the “Very Report” fits in the domain of public discourse? If the relevant media coverage of this event demonstrates the quality of public reason? What kind of political judgements represented by the news resources in those coverages?
