2010-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/685068摘要:本計畫分兩年,目標是達成石斑魚工廠化養殖系統技術的整合和商品化研發。本計畫將在台肥公司花蓮廠建立石斑魚工廠化中間育苗系統與循環水處理系統,進行石斑魚高密度養殖試驗,由寸苗開始,養殖密度本年度達到30kg/m2,下年度達到100kg/m2,是傳統養殖密度的100倍以上,不僅可以實現石斑魚工廠化養殖的經濟效益,由於工廠化養殖可以大量節省用水,快速提昇養殖生產量值,有助於在減少對環境衝撃的前提下實現農委會所訂之石斑魚產量倍增之目標。本計畫並將研發自動化投餌系統和省力化分級裝置,突破工廠化養殖的技術瓶頸。本計畫可以協助台肥公司建立石斑魚高密度養殖工廠,促進工廠化養殖技術的推廣應用。本計畫所開發的自動投餌機和省力化分級裝置可以彌補工廠化養殖的技術缺口,在石斑魚、筍殼魚、比目魚等高價值底棲肉食性魚類的工廠化養殖有廣闊的市場潛力。<br> Abstract: The purpose of this project is to develop integrated grouper nursery and growout systems incorporating advanced automatic feeding and grading technologies. The project will install recirculating water treatment systems at Taifer company`s Huai-Lang plant and start a culture experiment aiming at raising the culture density to 30kg/m2 in the first year and 100kg/m2 in the second year, about one hundred times larger than traditional pond culture systems. This project would develop a spreading feeder technology and a novel grading equipment for the super-intensive production of grouper, helping Taifer company to establish the first and largest grouper culture plant in Taiwan.
